Electrically Heated Multi-Effect Distilled Water Machine

The electrically heated multi-effect distilled water machine is composed of an electric heater, an evaporator, a preheater, a condenser, a vapor-liquid separator, a raw water pump, a flow meter, an electric control operation platform, a pressure controller, valves and external pipelines. The evaporators are arranged in parallel in five effects. This machine adopts multi-stage vapor-liquid separation technology, which effectively separates and removes impurities and endotoxins in the evaporator to ensure the water quality of distilled water.

This product adopts a special submerged stainless steel heating tube, which has a long service life and is easy to maintain. The working pressure control mode is automatic control. The electric heater is located adjacent to the first-effect evaporator. The condenser of this machine is placed on the upper part of the machine, horizontally placed, with a multi-pass tubular series heat exchange form inside. The outlet temperature of distilled water can be adjusted by valves. The electric control operation platform is an independent operation unit. The control panel is equipped with a digital display instrument for distilled water temperature, a digital display instrument for conductivity, and switches, indicator lights and buttons.
