Inactivation Tank Working Principle
During operation, the undiluted solution to be inactivated is delivered to the inlet, and the motor is started via the control panel. The motor drives the mixing blades to rotate via the shaft. The mixing blades rotate against the reserve solution. Mixing is completed. At this point, high-temperature steam is introduced into the inlet, and the high-temperature steam is sprayed out from the outlet ball valve. The high-temperature steam mixes with the raw liquid to inactivate viruses and bacteria inside, and the reaction exhaust gas enters the exhaust system. In the treatment device, after processing, the air finally enters the atmosphere through the exhaust port. A temperature sensor monitors the tank temperature in real time. A liquid level sensor detects the liquid level of the raw material. When processing is complete, the suction pump is turned on. The liquid is discharged through the outlet.
An inactivation tank refers to a method of killing bacteria and other microorganisms using physical or chemical means without destroying useful antigens in the body. The inactivation tank is suitable for the biological vaccine field. It uses a high-temperature resistant rock wool insulation layer and is equipped with a sanitary pressure gauge, based on the production characteristics of inactivated vaccines. All nozzles are stretched to form a smooth transition, thus avoiding dead corners for cleaning caused by plug welding. The digital temperature display function allows for more accurate control of the inactivation temperature.
